30 Days of the Not So Glamorous Life of this Farm Wife

October 31, 2012

This afternoon as I was digging and packing some bulbs for winter, I kept coming back to the challenge issued by Holly Spangler of My Generation blog – post one blog a day for 30 days.  She issued the challenge weeks ago and in true procrastinator fashion I’ve waited until the last minute to give it serious thought.

Write each day for 30 days?  This is crazy.  But I’ll accept.  (Picture me throwing back my shoulders, inhaling deeply and mentally perfecting my defense when I tell my farmer what I’ve added to my daily list of things to do.)

In 30 Days of the Not So Glamorous Life of this Farm Wife you’re going to get a daily journal of what happens on our farm and in our lives.  You’ll see short posts and long posts, some rants but more raves, a few quotes and maybe cute kid pics.  I can already tell you next week maybe nothing more than book reviews as its Book Fair week at the kids’ school.

But that is the life, our life and it’s one I don’t think I’ll trade.
